A company managing 60 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, crops, and livestock, with an internal mill. The production is based on olive oil, from which other products are derived such as sweet creams, cosmetics, and now also a special beer and spirits. The vineyards produce white and red IGP Umbria wines. Some EVO oil cultivars have received numerous awards. They also produce legumes and cereals.
